Warehouse Direct (WD) Network Services: Our DirecTech software will monitor a network 24/7 with our customer designed software that is tailored to each of our customer’s needs. We provide Helpdesk support, managed ant-virus software, patch management, and hardware support for supported devices under contract.
In addition to the above all of our technicians are Microsoft certified, Google certified, Apple certified, and we are GOLD partners with Lenovo, HP, and Dell.
We also provide Onsite technical support for our contract customers, and we have Backup solutions tailored again to each customer need. Warehouse Direct utilizes Cloud Backup, and onsite Axcient real time backup services.
WD has invested in the industries best network monitoring software, and our 24/7 monitoring alerts our engineers before a customer will even know they have an issue.
Our Warehouse DirecTech software allows the end user a direct email to request support from our help-desk. There is also a DEDICATED phone number provided to each customer for day to day questions and issues. DirecTech software comes with an icon for each workstation giving the end user the option of having one of our engineers login and take control of a PC or Server to correct each particular issue that may arise.
Under contract, WD has a two (2) hour response time for ONSITE technical issues, remote support calls are generally answered within 5-10 minutes of a reported problem.
